4, the CNC system input / output device regular maintenance

CNC machine tools produced before the 80's, most with photoelectric paper tape reader, if the reading part of the tape is contaminated, will lead to read the information into the error. For this reason, the photoelectric reader must be maintained as required.


5, DC motor motor brush regular inspection and replacement

Excessive wear and tear of DC motor brushes will affect the performance of the motor and even cause damage to the motor. For this reason, the motor brushes should be regularly checked and replaced. CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, machining centre, etc., should be checked once a year.


6, regular inspection and replacement of storage batteries

(C) hydraulic, pneumatic system maintenance

Regular lubrication, hydraulic, pneumatic system of the filter or sub-filter cleaning or replacement; regular oil quality testing of the hydraulic system to check, add and replace the hydraulic oil; regular water filter on the pneumatic system water discharge.
