Solutions include demagnetising the centring bar, double-checking the manual operation, keeping the centring at the same point and at the same height, calibrating the gauge frequently, and checking whether the moulds are perpendicular on all sides. 


Crash: caused by unreasonable setting of safety height, improper adjustment of tool length and actual machining depth. Solutions include setting the safety height reasonably, checking the Z-axis take-off and the actual Z-axis take-off, and accurately checking the coordinate settings.


Tool breakage: It may be caused by poor tool quality, improper setting of cutting parameters or abnormal machining materials. Solutions include checking tool quality, adjusting cutting parameters, and ensuring that the machining material meets the requirements.


Unstable machining accuracy: may be caused by the machine tool itself, fixture instability or tool wear and other reasons. Solutions include checking the accuracy of the machine tool, checking the stability of the fixture, and replacing worn tools in time.


Feed system failure: may be caused by insufficient oil, feed motor failure or feed drive system failure. Solutions include checking whether the oil is sufficient, checking whether the feed motor and feed drive system are normal.


Control system failure: It may be caused by the failure of electrical components, programme error or communication failure, etc. The solution includes checking the electrical components, programme error or communication failure.
